Do you take my insurance?

We are out of network providers for many insurance companies. While we do not file under any insurance panels at this time, we will get you an itemized receipt, called a Superbill, that will allow you to request reimbursement from your insurance company. That arrangement is between you and your insurance company. As an out of network provider we can make no guarantees regarding your insurance reimbursement. If you are on Medicaid, Medicare, ArKids or other government programs you will need to check your policy to see if you qualify for this benefit.
