Can someone find out I'm in therapy? Is this confidential?

Due to the confidential nature of therapy and the lack of ability for a clinician or clinic to acknowledge your  involvement with our clinic, no one should ever find out that you are involved in a therapy relationship or a treatment process. Our clinic does not release that information to anyone including, but not limited to, family members, doctors, lawyers, judges, parole officers, bosses, church members or clergy, etc. You are the only one who has the ability to lawfully release that information unless you sign over to us a release of information for some reason. Then our ability is limited to who you designate that access to and how much access to your information they actually have.
